Job summary

Da Prosperitas Holding Incoporated is seeking a Legal and Compliance Manager to oversee all legal, regulatory, and business permit requirements in the Philippines. You will lead the permits processing team, liaise with SEC, DOLE, BIR, LGUs, and advise management on compliance strategy.

You will ensure timely renewal of permits, maintain records, and drive adherence to Philippine laws, labor regulations, and internal standards across all operations.

Qualifications

• Must have 3–5 years of corporate compliance or regulatory affairs experience.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine government processes and regulatory requirements.
• Experience liaising with SEC, DOLE, BIR, LGUs, and other agencies is preferred.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise permits and compliance team in handling daily documentation and government transactions.
• Ensure timely submission, processing, and renewal of business permits and licenses (Barangay Clearance, Mayor's Permit, BIR, DOLE, SEC, DTI).
• Maintain an organized database of permits, licenses, and compliance records for audits.
• Provide guidance to management on compliance and regulatory requirements.
