Qualifications

  • Knowledge of government permits and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple deadlines

  • Process and secure business permits, licenses, clearances, and regulatory documents.
  • Coordinate with LGUs, BFP, DENR, DOE, and other government agencies
  • Monitor permit renewals, deadlines, and compliance requirements
  • Prepare and maintain permit-related documents and records
  • Conduct field visits and government office transactions
  • Follow up on pending applications and resolve documentation concerns
  • Coordinate with internal teams regarding permit and compliance requirements
