Job summary

The role includes guiding management on compliance matters and leading a compliance support team.

The position requires strong leadership, detailed knowledge of local regulations, and effective stakeholder coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; JD/LLB preferred.
• 3–5 years in corporate compliance or regulatory affairs, with managerial experience.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine government processes and registrations.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and document management systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the permits and compliance team to ensure timely documentation and government transactions.
• Oversee processing and renewal of business permits and licenses (Barangay Clearance, Mayor’s Permit, BIR, DOLE, SEC, DTI, etc.).
• Coordinate with government agencies and submit required forms and reports.
• Advise management on compliance requirements and draft internal policies.
• Prepare periodic compliance reports and support audits.
