Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal Management, Public Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in government and regulatory compliance.
• Hands-on experience handling government permits, licenses, registrations, and renewals.
• Experience coordinating with government agencies and regulatory offices.
• Logistics or related industry exposure is advantageous.
• Strong documentation, monitoring, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Able to manage multiple regulatory requirements and deadlines.
• Willing to work onsite and coordinate with government offices as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor company permits, licenses, registrations, and regulatory requirements.
• Process applications, renewals, and updates with government agencies and regulatory bodies.
• Ensure compliance with applicable government and industry regulations.
• Maintain accurate and updated compliance records and documentation.

• Liaise with government offices and regulatory agencies for applications, inspections, and other compliance matters.
• Assist in preparing reports and documents required by management and government agencies.
• Monitor changes in regulations and advise management on requirements that may affect operations.
• Supervise and guide staff handling compliance-related activities.
