Job summary

Prime Infra in the Philippines is seeking a Compliance and Permits Officer to oversee regulatory compliance, permit handling, and documentation across projects in water infrastructure. You will stay updated on DENR, NCIP, MWSS, NWRB, DPWH and LGU requirements, prepare applications, maintain records, and support cross-functional teams to minimize delays and ensure operational continuity.

The role involves liaising with agencies, preparing policies, and reporting permit status to the Compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
• 3–5 years’ experience in water infrastructure or similar industry.
• Experience dealing with DENR, NCIP, LLDA, LGU, NWRB, MWSS and related permitting agencies.
• Amenable to work in Pakil, Laguna.

Responsibilities

• Stay updated with laws, regulations and standards affecting the organization or project.
• Assist in understanding and interpreting compliance requirements in the industry.
• Support management to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
• Assist in timely preparation and submission of permit applications and approvals.
• Maintain accurate documentation for project compliance and permits.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align permits with business goals.
• Provide regular updates on permit status to the Compliance and Permits Manager.
• Maintain records of permits, licenses, approvals, and related documents for audits.
