Manage and monitor company permits, licenses, registrations, and regulatory requirements.
Process applications, renewals, and updates with government agencies and regulatory bodies.
Ensure compliance with applicable government and industry regulations.
Maintain accurate and updated compliance records and documentation.
Monitor expiration dates and ensure timely renewal of permits and licenses.
Coordinate with different departments to gather requirements and address compliance concerns.
Liaise with government offices and regulatory agencies for applications, inspections, and other compliance matters.
Assist in preparing reports and documents required by management and government agencies.
Monitor changes in regulations and advise management on requirements that may affect operations.
Supervise and guide staff handling compliance-related activities.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal Management, Public Administration, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in government and regulatory compliance.
Must have hands-on experience handling government permits, licenses, registrations, and renewals.
Experience coordinating with government agencies and regulatory offices.
Logistics, transportation, freight forwarding, warehousing, or related industry experience is an advantage.
Strong documentation, monitoring, coordination, and organizational skills.
Able to manage multiple regulatory requirements and deadlines.
Willing to work onsite and coordinate with government offices as needed.
