Job summary

SPX Express is seeking a Compliance Coordinator to ensure all SPX facilities under their assignment meet government regulatory requirements and remain operational year-round in the Philippines. The role focuses on processing permits, liaising with LGUs (BPLO, BIR) and other agencies, monitoring hub submissions for insurance enrollment, and keeping compliance records up to date.

Qualifications

Knowledge of processing business permits (renewal, new, retirements) and regulatory compliance for Warehouse.
Attention to detail and good communication to build rapport with LGU offices (BPLO, BIR).
Understanding permit requirements across LGUs and navigating changes between LGUs.
Willing to travel and able to multitask.
Having connections with different LGUs is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Monitor end-to-end government compliances for SPX facilities.
Manage stakeholders (LGUs, BFP, etc.) to minimize risks for facilities assigned by the PIC.
Monitor internal stakeholders (hub personnel) for submissions needed for insurance enrollment.
Monitor external partners' compliance requirements - ensure that SPX partners are also compliant with their own requirements.
Diligently update and track statuses for hubs' compliance for all facilities assigned by the PIC.
Communicate with Internal Stakeholder management and partner lessors.
LGU relationship building and management.
