SAGILITY PHILIPPINES B.V. BRANCH OFFICE is seeking an experienced RN Trainer to foster the development of healthcare professionals. The role requires strong bedside nursing experience and an ability to train in both virtual and in-person settings.

The ideal candidate will onboard new hires, deliver engaging sessions, and provide coaching and feedback. Hybrid work arrangements are available and BPO healthcare outsourcing experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Active PH RN or US RN license.
• Strong bedside nursing experience.
• Experience in training, coaching, mentoring, or facilitation is an advantage.
• BPO/Healthcare outsourcing experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Proven ability to create engagement and learning impact in both virtual and face-to-face environments.

We are looking for experienced and passionate PH RN or US RN Trainers to join our team. The ideal candidate has strong clinical bedside nursing experience and is passionate about developing and coaching healthcare professionals. While BPO experience is an advantage, it is not required.

As an RN Trainer, you will facilitate training programs, onboard new hires, and support continuous learning initiatives. You should be confident delivering training in both virtual and instructor-led classroom settings, possess strong presentation and facilitation skills, and be willing to work in a hybrid environment.
