Job summary

HRTX in Pasay is seeking a Registered Nurse Associate to join our on-site night shift team. The role requires an active PRC license, and at least one year of hospital bedside experience across OR, ER, ICU, PACU, or general wards, plus one year in a BPO healthcare setting.

You will document patient information accurately and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support utilization management and clinical workflows, leveraging EMR systems such as EPIC or Cerner.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with active PRC license.
• Minimum of 1 year hospital bedside experience (OR, ER, ICU, PACU, General Wards, Post-Surgery Care, or acute hospital settings).
• At least 1 year of BPO healthcare experience (Utilization Review, Case Management, Medical Management, Insurance, Denials & Appeals, Coding, Prior Authorization, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, utilization management guidelines (InterQual, MCG), and EMR systems (EPIC, Cerner, UR platforms).
• Excellent communication, documentation, and attention to detail.
