You will handle member/provider inquiries, review medical information, assist with benefits, claims, and authorizations while maintaining patient confidentiality and compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Philippines-licensed nurse (PHRN) with active license.
• Minimum 1 year of BPO experience in healthcare account.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with US healthcare processes and terminology.

• Familiarity with US healthcare processes and terminology
