CO Careers is seeking a Registered Nurse for an onsite healthcare account in Pampanga. The role involves handling patient inquiries, providing accurate health information, and coordinating patient care with providers and insurers.

You will review medical records, ensure HIPAA compliance, and document all interactions in our systems. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Nursing with an active RN license, 1–2 years of healthcare experience, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Nursing and an active RN license.
1–2 years of nursing/healthcare experience preferred.
Excellent verbal and written English skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy with medical information.
Willingness to work in a BPO environment and shifts including nights/weekends.

Responsibilities

Handle healthcare inquiries from patients, members, providers, or clients via phone, email, or other channels.
Provide accurate health information per guidelines.
Review medical records and clinical documentation for accuracy.
Assist with patient care coordination, follow-ups, referrals, and other healthcare processes.
Coordinate with providers, insurers, patients, and internal teams.
Document interactions and case updates in systems.
Process health-related requests, authorizations, claims, or documentation.
Identify and escalate clinical or patient concerns.
