Job summary
VRI Crew is hiring a Registered Nurse responsible for coordinating departmental processes and ensuring quality in clinical workflows. The role includes telephonic online authorizations, contacting specialty care providers, and monitoring patient eligibility while entering routine authorizations and denials electronically.

Qualifications
- Must have a BS Nursing degree and an active PRC nursing license.
- Minimum six months hospital bedside care experience; fresh graduates encouraged.
- Experience in a Healthcare Account under BPO/CPO is a plus.
- Excellent communication, organization, time management, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work across voice, blended, or non-voice accounts and to work a graveyard shift.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the execution and quality of the client department processes.
- Perform telephonic online authorizations for routine services and denials.
- Contact specialty care providers and monitor patient eligibility.
- Enter routine authorizations/denials in the system.
