Job summary

VRI Crew seeks a USRN Utilization Management Nurse to review medical necessity for prospective, concurrent, and retrospective cases in line with client rules and company policies. You will support cost-effective care for injured employees while coordinating with care teams.

The role requires an active US Nursing License, at least 1 year of bedside hospital experience, and willingness to work onsite in Manila with various shift options. Visa sponsorship may be considered.

Qualifications

• Must have an active US Nursing License.
• Must be a valid Philippines passport holder.
• At least 1 year of recent hospital bedside care experience.
• Knowledgeable in Medical/Clinical Summary Writing.
• Excellent Communication, Organizational, Time Management and Interpersonal skills.
• Amenable to graveyard or any shift schedule.
• Onsite work setup in Manila.

Responsibilities

• Perform medical necessity review of prospective, concurrent, and retrospective cases per client contracts and company policies to ensure quality and cost effective care.
• Assess treatments, hospitalizations, home care and plans for medical necessity.
