Job summary

PREXIPHIL CORPORATION seeks a Civil Site Supervisor to oversee daily on-site construction activities in Manila. You will ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards, codes, and NBCP guidelines.

The role requires a Civil Engineering degree, PRC licensure, 2–5 years of site supervision experience, and proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and structural software. Strong leadership and communication in English and Tagalog are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• PRC license as Civil Engineer is required.
• 2–5 years of proven site supervision or construction management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily on-site construction activities and ensure projects meet schedule, budget, and quality standards.
• Ensure all structural and civil works comply with local codes and NBCP, safety regulations, and plans.
• Perform routine inspections, material sampling, and quality control checks; resolve site queries and discrepancies quickly.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, architects, clients, and LGUs for permits and clearances.
• Prepare daily site reports, progress billing documents, cost estimates, and updated timelines.

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
• Licensed/Registered Civil Engineer (PRC License holder)
• Minimum 2-5 years of proven experience in site supervision, structural project execution, or construction management (commercial, residential, or infrastructure projects)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, MS Office, and structural modeling software (e.g., STAAD.Pro or SAP2000)
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, site management, and communication skills in English and Tagalog
