Job summary

Monolith Construction and Development is seeking a Civil Engineer to oversee on-site activities in Manila and nearby provinces. You will conduct inspections, review plans, monitor workmanship, and ensure compliance with quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

The role requires a degree in Civil Engineering, board passer preferred, and at least 1 year of related experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply as we provide training and growth opportunities.

• Monitor day-to-day site activities and progress.
• Assist in gathering data and consolidating information for reporting.
• Manage paperwork and documentation for the work area.
• Prepare procurement of necessary materials for designated areas.
• Estimate material quantity requirements for different scopes of work.
• May be assigned to Line and Grade, Concreting, Rebar, Formworks, Finishing, Precast, and QA/QC.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
