Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking a District Sales Manager (DSM) to drive the performance of value-added services across the region. You will coordinate with the Senior District Sales Manager and District Sales Manager to align VAS strategy and field activities.

Responsibilities include supporting account managers, analyzing VAS sales trends, leading training sessions for sales agents, and ensuring timely reporting and flawless referral processes.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of DSM or senior sales/business development experience.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
• Strong people and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and drive performance of VAS in the assigned region to identify underperforming areas and growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with Senior District Sales Manager and District Sales Manager to ensure alignment of VAS strategy and field activities.
• Assist Account Managers in handling retailers, resolving escalations, and executing VAS sales strategies.
• Analyze VAS sales performance across regions, identify trends and gaps, and propose actions.
• Conduct regular market scans at POS to assess VAS offerings, pricing, and promotions.
