Job summary

VRI Crew Head of VAS Sales will lead growth and performance of Value-Added Services across the sales network in the Philippines. The role shapes and executes the VAS sales strategy, ensuring strong field execution, revenue growth, and cross-channel alignment.

You will lead Sales Managers and Account Managers, drive product penetration across channels, monitor regional KPIs, and rollout new VAS initiatives across the national network.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Sales Managers and Account Managers to drive VAS sales performance.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase product penetration across channels (POS, Telesales, etc.).
• Monitor regional performance through KPIs and analytics, translating insights into action plans.
• Drive rollout and adoption of new VAS products and initiatives.
• Build strong partnerships with field sales leaders and implement engagement and incentive programs.
• Ensure effective communication, issue resolution, and continuous improvement across the sales network.
