RDF Feed, Livestock, & Foods Inc. in the Philippines seeks a Trade Marketing/Product Management professional to lead in-store optimization and support the product launch plan. You will collaborate with category marketing, sales teams and retailers to enhance placement, visibility, and promotional campaigns.

The role centers on overseeing trade promotions, monitoring campaign effectiveness, and ensuring adherence to display standards across territories, with leadership in-store responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of related leadership experience, preferably in product or trade marketing.
• Proven experience in Product Management and in-store optimization.
• Strong collaboration with marketing, sales and retailers.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor trade promotion and campaign development to boost sell-in and retail engagement.

About the role

This role involves collaborating with category marketing, sales teams and retailers in contributing and conceptualizing product sampling, targeted consumers, sampling hits, and total awareness in support of the product launch plan. You will oversee the totality and optimization of product placement and visibility in stores, collaborating closely with the sales and category teams.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor trade promotion and campaign development in boosting sell-in rates and retail engagement through the creation and execution
• Evaluate and track the effectiveness of campaigns through sales growth and targets, transaction counts and customer feedback in each territory to ensure the successful implementation of discounts, bundles and special offers aligned with the sales goals
• Drive compliance and quality standards for in-store execution and Trade Checking such as Visual Display Quality, Execution Adherence, the Effectiveness of Materials Used, Trade Analysis, Point of Sales, Product Merchandising, Layout and Concepts and other marketing materials and collaterals
• Make and process approval of requests or authorizations from other departments and third parties, if necessary

About you

• Graduate of BS Marketing, Business Administration, or Mass Communication, or related course
• Preferably with 2-3 years of related experience in leadership role
• Proven experience in Product Management and In-store optimization
