Job summary

TSUBAKIMOTO PHILIPPINES CORPORATION in Cebu is seeking a Solutions Engineer for the Visayas region. You will maintain relationships with key clients, develop new business opportunities, and deliver technical presentations to high-level customers.

The role requires coordination with Japan and Singapore offices, distributors, and internal teams to meet sales targets and ensure smooth order processing from sale to delivery and payment. Based in Visayas with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering is required.
• At least 5 years of sales experience in related field.
• Confident and possess above average communication and inter-personal skills.
• Willing to travel and stay in other provinces as needed.
• Must possess at least Non-Professional Driver's License.
• Proficient in MS Office Applications.
• Residing within Visayas.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory sales plans for the Visayas Region, including strategies, target market, sales priorities and business development.
• Maintain and actively manage a healthy sales pipeline, ensuring accurate opportunity tracking, probability, forecasting and timely follow up of accounts.
• Develop and maintain account plans for Key customers, Distributors and Partners, identifying opportunities for expansion, cross selling, upselling and long-term partnerships.
• Prepare Customer Visit & Call Reports and update Client database and Market Information; submit sales reports to management.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Accounting and Logistics to support cross-functional tasks; perform other duties as assigned.
