Job summary

Territory Sales Representative – Cebu is a full-time field-based sales role based in Cebu and nearby areas. You will manage and develop an assigned territory, grow the client base, and achieve sales targets while traveling across Visayas.

Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, executing sales strategies, and reporting performance to management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.
• Sales, account management, or business development experience is an advantage.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Willing to travel extensively within the Visayas area.
• Comfortable working in a field-based sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop the assigned sales territory.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Drive sales growth and achieve assigned territory sales targets.
• Implement approved sales strategies and territory coverage plans.
• Ensure sales activities are aligned with company policies and business objectives.
• Monitor sales activities and provide regular reports and updates to Management.
• Report directly to the Managing Director or to an officer designated by the Managing Director.
• Travel extensively within Cebu and other areas in the Visayas as required.
