Job summary

Skyro, a fast-growing fintech company, seeks an SME Regional Sales Manager (Agent Model) to lead regional sales strategies and growth. This on-site role focuses on managing SME sales teams, merchant relationships, and delivering performance targets across regional channels with the NSM for Agent Model.

This full-time position requires 3–4 years of leadership experience in sales within financial services or retail and strong stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–4 years proven experience in managing sales, business development and marketing in retail or financial services.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical and presentation skills.
• Expertise in maintaining long-term relationships with key personalities internal and external.
• Drive to learn integral financial products and services.
• Goal-oriented mindset with ability to meet agreed goals and expectations.
• Excellent negotiation skills, commitment to agreements, and good work habits.
• Prime driver of Sales teams overall success working independently or in a team.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance or related course.

Responsibilities

• Manages SME Sales Personnel under Agent Model and sales channel productivity in the assigned region.
• Sets regional sales strategies and tactics to achieve targets and growth projections.
• Identifies market and merchant opportunities and sets penetration plans.
• Aligns with SME department managers to achieve goals and KPIs with policy compliance.
• Institutes programs to maintain high SME store activity and agent productivity.
• Coaches and mentors regional sales personnel and collaborates on training updates.
• Evaluates performance weekly/monthly/quarterly and sets milestones.
• Works with other departments to develop sales programs and improve processes.
