Job summary

Skyro, a growing fintech based in the Philippines, seeks an SME Sales Area Specialist (SAS) for Agent Model to manage SME sales in area channels on-site. You will drive growth plans, coach teams, and build relationships with merchants while collaborating with the NSM for Agent Model and Skyro’s product team.

You will identify opportunities, create sales strategies, and ensure KPIs and policies are followed as you help scale Skyro’s lending solutions with superior customer service.

Qualifications

• At least 1–2 years of proven experience in managing sales, business development or marketing, preferably from retail or financial services.
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical and presentation skills.
• Experience maintaining long-term relationships with key personalities internal and external.
• Able to learn financial products and services processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage SME Sales Personnel under Agent Model and sales channel productivities.
• Set area sales strategies and tactics to achieve set targets and growth projections.
• Identify market and merchant opportunities and set penetration plans.
• Align with SME department specialists to meet KPIs and policies.
• Institute programs to ensure SME store activity and agent productivity.
• Coach SME Sales Personnel and help craft training updates.
• Evaluate regional Sales Personnel performance and milestones.
• Collaborate with other departments to maximize potential and reduce risks.
