Job summary

Skyro is hiring a SME Regional Sales Manager (RSM) for Agent Model to oversee a regional SME portfolio and drive growth through strategic sales plans and strong leadership. You will manage SME sales personnel, set regional targets, and build partnerships with merchants while coordinating with cross-functional teams to reach key actions.

You will develop training programs, monitor KPIs, and maintain high standards of client service.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of proven experience in managing sales, business development and marketing
• Ability to interpret financial figures and develop measurable action plans
• Excellent negotiation skills and goal-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

• Manages the effectiveness of SME Sales Personnel under Agent Model and sales channel productivity in the region
• Sets regional sales strategies and tactics to achieve targets and growth
• Identifies market and merchant opportunities and sets penetration plans
• Aligns with SME department managers to achieve goals and KPIs
• Coaches regional SME Sales Personnel and develops training updates
• Evaluates performance periodically and crafts milestones
• Collaborates with other departments to improve processes and maximize opportunities
