Job summary

Skyro is seeking an on-site SME Sales Area Specialist (SAS) for Agent Model to manage a portfolio of SME sales in the assigned area, drive growth, and maintain productive merchant relationships. You will identify opportunities, craft sales strategies, and collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager to achieve targets.

Preferred candidates have 1–2 years of sales management experience in financial services or retail, strong interpersonal and analytical skills, and a drive to meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage SME Sales Personnel under Agent Model and channel productivity.
• Set area sales strategies to achieve targets and growth.
• Identify market opportunities and develop penetration plans.
• Align with SME department specialists to meet KPIs and policies.
• Coach and mentor regional sales personnel and support training updates.
