Skyro is seeking an experienced SME Regional Sales Manager (RSM) for Agent Model in the Philippines to oversee a portfolio of SME sales in regional channels, drive growth, and maintain high performance across teams. The role requires building relationships with merchants and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve targets.

You will identify new business opportunities, craft regional sales strategies, and work closely with the National Sales Manager (NSM) for Agent Model to deliver

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of proven experience in managing sales, business development and marketing preferably from the retail or financial services industries
• Above-average interpersonal, analytical and presentation skills
• Expertise in maintaining long-term relationships with key personalities internal and external
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance or a related course

Responsabilités

• Manage SME Sales Personnel under Agent Model and sales channel productivities in assigned region
• Set regional sales strategies and tactics for achievement of set targets and growth projection
• Identify market and merchant opportunities in all areas in assigned region and set penetration plan
• Align with SME department managers to achieve goals, KPI milestones and policy compliance
• Coach and mentor regional SME Sales Personnel and work with NSM for training efficacy
