Job summary

Skyro in the Philippines is seeking a full-time SME Sales Area Specialist (SAS) for the Agent Model to manage SME accounts within the assigned area, drive growth, and foster merchant relationships. You will help set area strategies and work with the Regional Sales Manager to meet targets.

You will identify opportunities, coach sales teams, and coordinate with the SME department to ensure program success and policy compliance.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years proven experience in managing sales, business development and marketing in retail or financial services
• Ability to interpret financial figures and develop measurable action plans
• Excellent negotiation skills and strong work habits
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Manages the effectiveness of SME Sales Personnel under Agent Model and sales channel productivities in assigned area.
• Sets area sales strategies and tactics to achieve targets and growth projections.
• Identifies market and merchant opportunities and sets penetration plans to gain market share.
• Aligns with SME department specialists to accomplish plans, KPIs, KRAs and policy compliance.
• Institutes programs to ensure a high SME store active rate and optimal Agent productivity.
• Coaches and mentors SME Sales Personnel and works with the RSM for training updates.
• Evaluates regional Sales Personnel performance and sets milestones.
• Collaborates with other departments to develop sales programs and mitigate risks.
