Sales Operations Support and Data Analytics & Reporting

• Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities, applying a structured framework/methodology for consistent data processing (not just raw data compilation)

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports (e.g., Excel, Power BI) to monitor KPIs such as volume, revenue, account quality, and customer engagement

• Support demand forecasting and pricing strategy through historical data analysis and competitor benchmarking

• Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations for sales leaders to support strategic decision-making

• Prepare and deliver presentation decks to Regional Managers, Account Executives, and upper management to align on targets and execution plans

• Collaborate with Regional Managers, Account Executives, and upper management on execution planning, primarily through office-based/analytical support rather than frontline field execution
