Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• 5+ years in a Sales Manager or similar leadership role.
• Experience in water filtration or related technical products preferred.
• Willing to base in Davao.
• Strong strategic planning and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and target setting for the sales group.
• Develop operating plans aligned with sales strategy and targets.
• Design and execute profitable sales strategies to hit volume goals.
• Manage pricing, bids, and proposal development.
• Oversee marketing promotions and ensure alignment with sales goals.
• Build relationships with customers and suppliers for long-term partnerships.
• Recruit, train, and develop Sales Engineers under your supervision.
• Coordinate with finance to resolve credit and collection issues.
• Ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across departments.
