The role requires coordinating tasks, conducting trainings, and ensuring compliance with ISO, GMP, HACCP, and HALAL standards, while managing field operations and driving business goals. The incumbent will oversee area performance, plan actions, assign duties, and address field concerns through proactive trade checks and analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in Business, Economics, or related field.
• Experience in FMCG, account management and sales preferred.
• Strong leadership and people-management background.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Computer literacy with sound decision-making abilities.
• Familiarity with ISO, GMP, HACCP, HALAL standards.
• Fieldwork willingness and valid driver’s license restrictions noted.

Responsibilities

• Guide subordinates in achieving business goals.
• Oversee the overall performance of the assigned area/team.
• Plan and allocate tasks to personnel to achieve goals.
• Assign duties to appropriate individuals for efficiency.
• Conduct training and development for subordinates.
• Identify problems, gather information, and explore alternatives.
• Evaluate performance of sales supervisors, coordinators, and salesmen.
• Conduct trade checks and address field concerns.
