Job summary

Gardenia Bakeries Phils., Inc. is seeking a production supervisor to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing by organizing the workflow and monitoring production personnel on the floor. You will supervise production workers, monitor performance, and maintain cleanliness and order to uphold high standards.

You will also take overall responsibility for supervision, training and development, and for health, safety and welfare of the team, ensuring quality of product and service for customers.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Food Technology or related course.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role; food manufacturing is an advantage.
• Training in ISO 9001, GMP, 5S, and HACCP; baking/technology training is an advantage.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure work environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervision of production workers and production process.
• Monitors the performance of the production and production workers.
• Maintains the cleanliness and order on the production floor.
• Overall responsibility for supervision, training and development, and health, safety and welfare of the team.
• Ensures the quality of product and service within the warehouse is maintained at the highest standards for customers.
