Job summary

Gardenia Bakeries Phils., Inc. is seeking a Sales and Field Operations Coordinator to oversee daily sales activities and coordinate field operations within the assigned area. This role focuses on ensuring smooth execution of field tasks, monitoring performance, and supporting sales strategies.

The candidate will maintain strong client relationships, address operational issues promptly, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure on-time product delivery while adhering to company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related course.
• At least one (1) year of experience in sales, account management, field operations, or a related role
• Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
• Possesses a valid driver's license
• Willing to travel and be assigned within the designated area

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily sales and field operations to ensure smooth and efficient execution of activities
• Track sales performance and generate accurate and timely operational reports
• Assist in executing sales strategies and achieving business goals and objectives
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while exploring potential business opportunities
• Address and resolve customer concerns and operational issues in a timely and effective manner
• Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate the timely delivery of products and services
• Ensure adherence to company policies, standards, guidelines, and established procedures
• Provide direction, coaching, and support to field personnel when necessary
• Perform administrative functions and other related tasks as assigned by management
