Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related field required.
• 2–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development preferred.
• Experience in insurance, banking, or financial services is an advantage.
• Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills.
• Good business communication, presentation, and basic negotiation skills.
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple prospects and follow-ups.
• Willing to conduct regular field activities and client visits.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Davao/Tagum market and surroundings.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients, agents, producers, dealers, and business partners.
• Develop and refer prospective agents/producers and support their business development activities.
• Prospect for corporate, dealer, and institutional accounts and endorse qualified opportunities for evaluation.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline with proper tracking and follow-ups.
• Conduct regular client, producer, dealer calls, visits, and presentations to generate qualified opportunities.
• Coordinate with Underwriting by providing complete client and account information.
• Identify opportunities for additional business through strong client relationships.
• Monitor marketing activities and provide accurate pipeline and activity reports.
• Ensure compliance with branch directives and company policies.
