Job summary

LifeWave International, Inc. is seeking a Regional Sales and Business Development Lead based in the Philippines to drive growth in the assigned region. You will work with Brand Partners, support leaders, and help execute sales initiatives and events.

The role requires a BA in a business-related field, at least 3 years in a multinational/direct selling environment, and strong coaching, communication, and analytical skills. Travel within the region is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a multinational, direct selling or network marketing organization with sales or business development experience.
• Demonstrated experience in sales execution, field coaching, and leadership development.
• Good critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Committed to making a positive impact and contributing to the company’s goals.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Can work under pressure with a high sense of urgency.
• Willing to travel within the assigned region.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and provide relevant information to Brand Partners in a timely manner regarding product information, events and promotions, and the latest corporate developments and initiatives.
• Assist leaders with their business and training needs when required.
• Support in conducting performance reviews with key leaders to monitor sales performance, identify opportunities, and provide ongoing support in the assigned region regularly.
• Support the Regional Sales Assistant Manager in executing sales strategies and business initiatives.
• Support in monitoring sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities, and provide feedback to the Regional Sales Assistant Manager.
• Support the implementation of sales, training, and events initiatives in the assigned region to achieve the region’s set goals and objectives.
• Support in planning, coordinating, organizing, and executing localized online and offline opportunity meetings, sales rallies, seminars, trainings, and other activation initiatives monthly.
• Maintain a consistent on-the-ground presence through regular field engagement to strengthen local leadership and drive market growth.
