The role requires 7+ years of sales experience (3+ in leadership), proficiency with Salesforce, and strong data-driven decision making. Based in Davao City, Philippines, with growth opportunities and a focus on customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• At least 7 years of relevant sales experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
• Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools.
• Strong understanding of sales forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting.
• Solid knowledge of market dynamics and competitive landscape within the region.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement regional sales strategies to drive growth and achieve targets.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the regional sales team with performance evaluations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Monitor KPIs such as sales revenue, market share, and retention.
• Utilize Salesforce and BI dashboards to support territory planning and reporting.
