Lesso (Philippines) Trading Inc. is seeking a dynamic Field Sales professional to represent the company and drive sales of LESSO PPR/PVC pipe products.

You will identify new business opportunities, cultivate relationships with clients, and work closely with marketing to promote hardware and pipe products. The role emphasizes strategic planning, proactive account management, and strong customer service across the sales cycle, including post-sale support.

Qualifications

• Proficient in verbal and written communication in Filipino and English.
• Mandarin speaking is an advantage.
• Experience in sales of construction/building materials and pipe products preferred.
• Willingness to do full-time field work.
• Knowledge in account management and cross-selling is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify new business clients and create strategies to convert them to buyers.
• Represent the company to potential clients and close sales for LESSO PPR/PVC pipe products.
• Establish strong customer relationships and maintain positive experience throughout the sales process, including post-sale.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams for hardware and PVC pipe promotions.
• Design and implement strategic plans to expand the customer base and market presence.
• Build long-lasting relationships by understanding client needs and providing solutions.
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and forecasts to management.
• Identify emerging markets and monitor product competition.
• Manage existing accounts and open new accounts.
