Onduline Philippines is seeking a results-driven professional for Demand Generation, Contractors’ Management, Channel Management, and Order Management across Quezon, Bicol and nearby regions. Develop a network of architects, consultants and contractors to generate project opportunities and ensure timely project progression.

You will train distributors’ sales teams, coordinate with the technical group on drawings and installation requirements, expand the distributor network, conduct store visits

Formación

• Extensive network in local construction industry including architects, contractors, consultants, and distributors.
• 3–5 years of sales experience in construction with distribution and modern trade channel experience.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities within established guidelines.
• Capability to develop and execute local marketing initiatives.
• Strong presentation and communication skills to train and engage groups of 25–30 participants.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively across Quezon, Bicol & MIMARO.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain a network of architects, consultants, and contractors to generate project opportunities.
• Gain visibility and access to project pipelines through distributors, architects, and contractors.
• Allocate Onduline projects to appropriate contractors and distributors and monitor project progress.
• Organize and facilitate product and installation training sessions for distributors' sales teams, both online and onsite.
• Coordinate with the Onduline technical team on detailed drawings, specifications, and installation requirements.
• Manage, support, and expand the existing distributor network; conduct regular store visits for product display, stock availability, and brand visibility.
• Facilitate customer requirements and ensure proper documentation.
• Identify and develop new distributors in strategic growth areas.
