Job summary

PHILMETAL PRODUCTS, Inc. is seeking a results-driven Sales Engineer in the Philippines to handle sales of pre-painted roofing materials, wall cladding, framing systems, and floor decking.

You will develop new clients, manage existing accounts, and pursue sales targets while ensuring excellent customer service. Responsibilities include coordinating with contractors, developers, architects, and hardware stores; preparing cost estimates; monitoring quotations and collections; and attending job-site

Qualifications

• Civil Engineering or Architecture graduate.
• 2 years sales experience in construction-related materials (roofing, cement, rebar).
• 2 years direct selling experience to contractors, developers, hardware stores, or roofing specialists preferred.
• Computer literate and knowledgeable in basic estimating.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales from contractors, developers, architects, hardware stores, and end-users.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates and close sales contracts.
• Develop new market opportunities and expand client base.
• Monitor sales quotations, contracts, intake, dispatch, and collections.
• Ensure timely collection of accounts receivable (A/R).
• Attend job-site meetings and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
• Submit required daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Handle customer concerns and assist in resolving collection issues when necessary.
