Dempsey Resource Management Inc. is seeking a field-based sales professional in the Philippines to engage with clients, identify active and upcoming construction projects, and promote roofing, ACP, WPC, PVC products.

The role involves daily field visits and building relationships with site personnel and contractors. Ideal candidates have a degree in Engineering or Architecture, a strong fieldwork mindset, and excellent communication skills to drive on-site product pitching and grow market

Qualifications

Graduate degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
Strong fieldwork mindset and willingness to work on-site and interact with clients.
Sales experience in construction is an advantage.
Confident and proactive in client interactions and relationship building.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Conduct daily field visits within assigned areas (Villages, Subdivisions, Barangays).
Identify ongoing and upcoming construction projects.
Perform site-to-site coverage to maximize area penetration.
Introduce and explain company products (Roofing, ACP, WPC, PVC, etc.).
Conduct on-the-spot product pitching using samples.
Distribute brochures, catalogs, and sample materials.
Develop strong relationships with site personnel, contractors, and small developers.
