Primover Consultancy Services, Inc. is seeking a Sales Leader to guide a sales team in promoting our products to developers, contractors, end-users, dealers, and designers across multiple regions in the Philippines.

You will study product benefits, present them clearly to consultants and architects, and work to exceed monthly quotas while managing payment terms in coordination with Credit and Collection, and ensuring policy compliance.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture or Interior Design; PRC license preferred.
• Experience leading a sales team and promoting products to developers and architects.

Responsabilidades

• Develop a character and values aligned with the company culture as outlined in our policy materials.
• Study and master product benefits and features to promote and sell effectively.
• Promote products to consultants, architects and designers, aiming to exceed monthly sales quotas.
• Sell under standard payment terms and obtain approval for non-standard terms when needed.
• Ensure collection of sales, including on months meeting quota targets.
• Gather competitive intelligence and report findings to the supervisor promptly.
• Read, understand, and comply with company policies and regulations; support data preservation requirements.
