Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. in Metro Manila is seeking a hands-on Field Sales Engineer to support our construction clients.

You will conduct daily on-site visits to villages, subdivisions, and barangays, identify active and upcoming projects, and introduce our roofing, ACP, WPC, and PVC products. You will perform product pitches using samples, distribute marketing materials, and build strong relationships with site personnel, contractors, and small developers.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Strong fieldwork mindset; willing to work on-site and engage with clients.
• Sales experience in construction is an advantage.
• Confident and proactive in interacting with clients and building professional relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn and grow in a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily field visits within assigned areas (Villages, Subdivisions, Barangays).
• Identify ongoing and upcoming construction projects.
• Perform site-to-site coverage to maximize area penetration.
• Introduce and explain company products (Roofing, ACP, WPC, PVC, etc.).
• Conduct on-the-spot product pitching and demo using samples.
• Distribute brochures, catalogs, and sample materials.
• Develop strong relationships with site personnel, contractors, and small developers.
