GAC International Philippines, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Regional Sales Manager to develop and implement regional sales strategies in the Philippines. You will manage regional dealer operations, monitor performance, and enhance showroom processes to boost customer experience and sales results.

The role requires strong leadership for dealer development, regional planning, and execution, with fluency in English and willingness to travel across regions to optimize network performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above; 6+ years in automotive sales or dealer management desirable.
• Familiar with market characteristics, region differences, and dealer operation models.
• Strong capability to manage dealer relationships and improve dealer sales performance.
• Proficient in regional market planning and execution with proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional sales strategies and action plans for different Philippine regions.
• Manage and support dealer operations, performance monitoring for regional dealers and channels.
• Improve dealer efficiency using diagnostics to optimize showroom operations, test-drive management, and team capability.
• Supervise showroom and sales process, optimize customer reception, lead management, test-drive conversion and vehicle delivery.
• Plan and execute regional customer acquisition activities including promotions, events, and online campaigns (Facebook Leads, YouTube).
• Maintain dealer relationships and address cross-functional needs across sales, logistics, and aftersales.
• Collect dealer orders and provide N+3/N+6 sales forecasts for the Philippines market to support production planning and inventory management.
