• Minimum 5+ years in sales operations management, ideally within automotive or fast-paced sales.
• Proven track record leading regional sales teams to targets.
• Strong knowledge of automotive sales processes and dealership operations.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills.
• Proficient in data analysis to drive decisions with KPIs.
• Organisational and project management skills with multitasking ability.
• Outstanding communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with CRM systems and sales management software.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
