Job summary

Shell Business Operations - Manila is seeking a Regional Territory Manager to drive sustainable growth across a network of Shell mobility sites, while delivering a consistently high-quality customer experience. You will lead retail partners, coach teams, and plan strategically to improve sales, safety, and operational standards.

The role requires strong focus on territory planning, pricing optimization, and collaboration with internal teams to grow profits, manage risk, and ensure compliance.

Qualifications

• 5 years or less of experience in retail or field roles.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and value-based selling abilities.
• Proven channel management and route-to-market execution.
• Experience in partner development and value proposition design.
• Solid commercial and financial understanding of value chains.
• Customer experience management and adherence to HSSE standards.
• Experience in site operations and retail compliance.
• Knowledge of product, program, service, and logistics management.

Responsibilities

• Drive territory growth across value, volume, brand equity, and customer experience.
• Lead retailer performance to meet Customer Commitment and Sales & Ops targets.
• Develop and execute Territory and Retailer Master Plans.
• Strengthen HSSE culture with safety and Shell standards.
• Enhance customer satisfaction by improving staff capability and feedback loops.
• Build retailer capability and succession pipelines; involve recruitment and training.
• Deliver sales and profitability targets; district planning and pricing optimization.
• Identify growth opportunities across Fuels, Convenience Retail, Lubricants.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business objectives.
• Monitor financial performance; review P&L and close gaps.
• Ensure competitive pricing and market responsiveness; track competitors.
• Execute field activities with structured site visits and forecourt programs.
