Gentem Consulting is seeking a Business Unit Head to lead and manage the retail fuel station network across multiple sites in the Philippines. The role focuses on profitability, safe operations, and standardized processes while driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

You will implement customer service standards, promote a values-driven culture, and ensure organizational effectiveness across all locations. Strong leadership and travel readiness are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or related field.
• 8–12 years of experience in managing retail or multi-site operations, preferably within the oil and gas industry.
• At least 3 years of managerial or leadership experience.
• Strong background in operations management, sales performance, and business development.
• Strong leadership, decision‑making, and problem‑solving skills.
• Knowledgeable in financial management, cost control, and performance analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be willing to travel frequently for field operations.
• Results‑driven, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple locations.
• Can drive and possesses a valid LTO Driver’s License.
