California Clothing, Inc. (Guess Philippines) is seeking a Cluster Head to oversee 4-5 stores within an assigned cluster. You will drive sales, ensure merchandising standards, and lead people development across locations.

You will consolidate store performance, recommend action plans, and present proposals to the Area Sales Manager, who remains the final decision authority. Mall/store-based operations in Metro Manila.

Qualifications

• Educational Attainment: College Graduate.
• Work Experience: 3-4 years in fashion retail management.
• At least 2 years as Store Head for internal hiring.
• Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English.
• Numerical ability and basic computer literacy.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel.

Responsabilités

• Drive cluster-wide sales growth and achievement of targets.
• Analyze store performance trends and identify opportunities.
• Develop action plans to improve productivity and conversion.
• Monitor KPIs and enforce accountability across stores.
• Lead execution of sales campaigns and initiatives.
• Coordinate with HR, Training, Finance, Logistics, and Merchandising.
