Job summary

Primer Group is seeking a Mall Head to oversee daily store operations across mall locations in the Philippines. You will supervise staff, ensure exceptional customer service, uphold store standards, and drive sales performance.

As a key liaison between frontline teams and management, you will relay mall activity, marketing trends, and competitor actions, help implement visual merchandising, inventory control, and compliance with SOPs. A proven leadership track in retail operations is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in retail operations or supervisory role.
• Mall-based or multi-unit experience preferred.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Team supervision of store staff and leadership.
• Ka Primer Customer Service: ensure excellent customer service and handle inquiries.
• Sales & Visual Merchandising: support sales targets and execute brand-aligned displays.
• Mall Activity & Marketing Updates: monitor mall events, promotions, and competitor activity; provide feedback to management.
• Operations & Compliance: ensure opening/closing procedures, cash handling, SOP adherence, and maintenance logs.
• Inventory Control: oversee daily inventory, counts, and audits.
