Job summary

California Clothing Inc is seeking an experienced Area/Regional Manager to oversee store operations, drive sales growth, and ensure top merchandising and customer experience across assigned locations.

You will lead store heads, optimize inventory, develop talent, and report on performance while collaborating with mall partners and local authorities as needed. Willingness to travel and report to Head Office as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as Area Manager, Territory Manager or Regional Manager with proven sales targets.
• Deep understanding of operational aspects including inventory, logistics and store performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sales growth and profitability across assigned stores.
• Ensure merchandising standards, recruitment, training and development of store heads.
• Monitor budgets, costs, and store performance; drive efficiency and cost control.
• Lead inventory management, supplier relations, and loss prevention.
• Coach and develop store heads to maximize potential and succession planning.
• Prepare and present weekly/monthly performance reports to Head of Sales.
