Job summary

2GO Group Inc. is seeking a Cluster Manager to oversee multiple retail stores and agents within the assigned cluster in Cebu.

You will lead operations, coaching RSAs to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve KPIs while driving revenue through upselling and cross-selling of 2GO services. Responsibilities include ensuring SOP compliance, conducting store visits, managing inventory, and leading weekly business reviews.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in retail operations, courier/logistics or travel services.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of multiple retail stores and agents within the cluster.
• Coach RSAs and monitor performance to meet KPIs.
• Ensure SOP compliance and timely reporting across the cluster.
• Drive sales through upselling and cross‑selling across all stores.
• Oversee inventory, replenishment, and cash handling procedures.
• Lead store audits and monthly reviews, ensuring SLA adherence.
