Job summary

IWG plc in Metro Manila (flexible) is seeking a Regional Rent Controller at manager level to lead end-to-end rent processes within the region. You will ensure timely payments, maintain reporting accuracy, and align with Lease Administration, Accounts Payable, Treasury, and Local Finance teams.

With 8+ years in property/lease accounting or rent operations, you will manage regional rent schedules, invoice journeys, and governance, while partnering with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement

Qualifications

• 8+ years’ experience in property accounting, lease accounting, accounts payable, or rent operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, real estate, or related discipline.
• Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
• Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and financial controls.
• High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage deadlines, prioritize work, and resolve operational issues.

Responsibilities

• Oversee scheduled and non-invoice rent and partner payments.
• Own regional oversight of rent and partner payments, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
• Own the landlord and partner invoice journey end-to-end.
• Collaborate with Lease Administration, Accounts Payable, Treasury, and Local Finance teams.
• Escalate systemic issues with clear data and recommendations.
• Lead a regional Rent and Partner Operations team.
