IWG plc is seeking a Financial Accounting Team Manager in the Philippines to lead the accounting and operations of the Finance team with emphasis on lease accounting, month-end close, balance sheet management, and reporting. You will ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial data while upholding strong controls and compliance with policies.

Competenze

• At least 5 years’ experience in Finance and Accounting.
• At least 2 years in a management or supervisory role.
• Experience of financial accounting and reporting in a blue chip multinational PLC.
• Experience of PPE management within a multinational, shared service environment.
• Experience of building strong relationships with peers and Finance Leaders.

Mansioni

• Lead and manage the Finance team focusing on lease accounting, month-end close, balance sheet management, and financial reporting.
• Oversee end-to-end lease accounting activities and related validations.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS 16 and internal controls.
• Coordinate timely month-end and year-end closing, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Prepare and present monthly financial results and variances to Finance management.
